GLYOXAL 40%
Introduction
Glyoxal is a colorless or yellowish liquid with active chemical properties. It is most widely used as a cross-linking agent in the production of permanent press resins for textiles, in the production of moisture resistant glues and adhesives as well as moisture resistant foundry binders, or to improve the wet strength of paper and the moisture resistance of leather. It is also used as a dispersant and solubilizer for water soluble polymers such as carboxy methyl cellulose and cellulose ethers, can also be used to produce the resin for H2S scavenger which is widely used in oil field, and used as intermediate for pharmaceuticals and pesticides.
