Introduction
Our Water and Oil Repellent Agent (P81) is an efficient and environmental friendly organic fluorine polymer, which is suitable for various pulp products that need oil-proof properties. The reaction mechanism is to adsorb on a single fiber and reduce the surface energy; After treatment, polar and non-polar liquids, such as water and oil, have a large contact angle on the paper, resulting in the oil-proof properties of papers. The Water and Oil Repellent Agent (P81) is cationic, so it should be checked before mixing with other anionic sizing agents.

Function:
Water and Oil Repellent Agent (P81) is usually diluted with soft water and added to the thick pulp. It is recommended to add it before the waterproof agent. If foam produced, the defoamer inhibitor should be added to avoid affecting the performance. The addition amount is usually 0.4-1.5% (relative to absolute dry pulp) according to the needs of oil proof grade. It has good affinity for fiber without adding any cationic retention aid.
