Introduction
Surface sizing agent is designed to enhance the surface
properties of various paper and board grades. It can reduce the needs of
internal sizing requires to achieve a desired overall sizing level,
thus resulting in a cleaner wet end and improving machine runnability.
It will not increase the viscosity of the size press solution and is
compatible with a wide range of other size press additives, including
fluorescent whitening agents, dyes, most pigment dispersions, and
non-ionic or anionic auxiliary chemicals.
Solid Surface Sizing Agent is a new type of surface sizing agent, and
can efficiently combine with starch result good cross link intensity and
hydrophobic properties. With lower dosage, lower cost and easy use
advantages, it has good film-forming property which can significantly
improve the water resistance and ring-crush strength of kraft paper and
corrugated paper.Completely replace the usage of internal sizing agent.
Application temperature should be below 75℃.
